Questions

Is this a monthly subscription?
No. There is no SaaS subscription and no retainer. You buy usage credits (pay-as-you-go packs) and spend them on sends and AI. Unused credits stay in your wallet.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Keys. You connect your own SMTP, WhatsApp Cloud API, or Twilio account. Deliverability and carrier fees stay on your provider; Shaheen meters a small usage token per send.
How do I top up my credit balance?
From Billing you add credits in packs ($5, $20, $50, $100). You can also enable auto-reload when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
How is copilot billed?
One copilot turn per message you send in chat. That debit covers the reply and any tools used in that turn. Research reports are a separate line.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-campaign?
Sends fail closed — we do not send if the debit fails. Active campaigns pause. Add credits and resume; no data is lost.
Can I try it without a credit card?
Yes. You get $5 in usage credits when you sign up — no card required.
Do you run Meta / Google / TikTok ads?
Not yet. Ad platform connections are coming soon. We do not charge a margin on ad spend because spend is not live.
